Privacy Policy

Overview

Leafy is a private connector for user-authorized Google Workspace access. It is used to perform actions requested by the Google Account owner or their authorized automation environment.

Google Data Access

The connector may request access to Google services such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Contacts, Tasks, Chat, Slides, Classroom, and related Workspace APIs depending on the services the user chooses to authorize. The exact scopes are shown by Google during the OAuth consent flow.

Use of Data

Google user data is used only to provide the requested connector functionality, including reading, creating, updating, organizing, or sending content through authorized Google services when the user or authorized automation requests it.

Storage

OAuth tokens and connector state are stored in the user's own authorized runtime environment. The connector does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.

Limited Use

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revocation

Users can revoke access at any time from their Google Account security settings or by removing the stored account from their Leafy configuration.
